- CLIENT’S ADVERSARY, THE OPPOSING ATTORNEYS, OR OTHERS MAY ENGAGE IN ACTIVITIES BEYOND ATTORNEYS CONTROL THAT REQUIRE TIME THAT CANNOT ORIGINALLY CONTEMPLATED.
- FOR ONLINE/VIDEO CONSULTATION (SUBJECT TO DISCRETION OF ATTORNEYS).
Late Night Appointment Slot for Urgent Cases

Proper consultation is required to solve various problems which takes time, hence consultation is necessary to comprehensively understand the merits and demerits of a case and take appropriate steps. Sometimes it is seen that by continuously carrying these problems as a burden, the problem takes a huge form. As far as legal issues are concerned, it is best to take comprehensive steps quickly. Therefore, yes, It is suggested that in this busy lifestyle, it is necessary to book time for legal consultation by choosing & selecting your scheduled time, so that you can discuss various aspects related to the case in detail and prepare yourself for what is to come.
Rs. 2000 per hour. But you can book your slot by just paying Rs.500/- only. The remaining fee of Rs.1500/- will be charged when you visit us at the office. But, in case of “Urgent Matters”, the fees will be Rs. 4000 per hour and the entire fees will be charged in advance i.e. at the time of booking.
If you are running late, you will be waited for in the office, you should immediately inform us in time about your delay, and in case of your not coming, you will be given the option to rebook your appointment for another day. The initial booking fee of Rs.500/-will be kept secured in your name and you will be given another chance to book another appointment as earlier. The initial booking amount Rs.500 made by you shall be added with your second appointment fee (500+500=1000) and you will be charged Rs. 1000 in office.
You will be informed via email about your payment made and you will also be informed about your appointment immediately via email.
After booking an appointment you will be able to cancel your appointment up to 3 hours before the appointment time and the amount paid will be promptly refunded to you.
Example: If you have booked an appointment at 3:00 pm for 01.01.2025, you must inform us about the cancellation as soon as possible or latest by 12:00 pm on 01.01.2025 otherwise your appointment will not be cancelled and the amount paid will not be refunded. The amount paid shall also not be adjusted against any other consultation session.
Any kind of documents related to your case will prove to be very useful, hence you are expected to bring the relevant documents with you.
