About

Adv. Varun Chaudhary (Varun Singh Chaudhary) has been enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh since 2010. He is the Managing Partner of Nyay Law Firm, a Ghaziabad practice he leads with Advocate Parul Chaudhary.

His practice is mainly litigation: bail and criminal defence, matters arising from matrimonial disputes such as cruelty and dowry cases, divorce, maintenance and custody, and civil and property disputes within families. He also advises clients before litigation, through legal notices, mediation and settlement.

He practises from the firm's office in Indirapuram and its chamber at the District Civil Court, Rajnagar, and appears before the District, Family and Sessions Courts of Ghaziabad and Delhi NCR, the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, the High Court of Delhi and the Supreme Court of India.
